Refund policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, misuse, or negligence. Tarnishing is a natural characteristic of sterling silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund for confirmed manufacturing defects.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
