SHIPPING POLICY
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please note that all orders are shipped from Charleston, South Carolina.
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the selected shipping method and delivery destination. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or seasonal demand.
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged merchandise when filing a claim.
